Enabling OFTP2

To enable OFTP2, navigate to [Domain] > SERVICES > Listeners > Listeners. Click Add, then select OFTP2 from the protocol dropdown list (See Adding domain services).  Click OK. The Add "OFTP2" Service dialog displays.

Below you will find a description of the fields.

 

Host/IP — Identifies the IP address the service listens on.  Use the address 0.0.0.0 to listen on all available network interfaces.

 

Port — Identifies the port the service communicates on.

 

Identification code — Identifies the code used to identify this OFTP2 service.

 

Private key — Identifies the private encryption key the service uses for encrypted communications.

 

Bind unauthenticated transfers to user — If selected, binds connections made without credentials (username/password) to a specific username.

 

Use SSL/TLS — If selected, connections must be made securely using SSL/TLS.

 

Require file encryption — If selected, file transfers must be encrypted.

 

Require file signature — If selected, file transfers must be signed.
